Technical Skills required:-

- ESRI ArcGIS Suite (ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcToolbox), ArcInfo/Advanced Level License

(10.2, 10.3 or Pro) Spans, ILWIS, ERDAS IMAGNE, Spatial Analyst Extension, Editor, Model Builder

- Python or R for statistical computing, QGIS/GRASS or other open source GIS software is a Plus

- Significant working experience with Water resources, environmental, demographic, energy related data or

Spatial/environmental modeling

- Metadata creation, data management of geo data bases

- Creation of polished cartographic map products

- Quality Assurance /Quality Check of data

- Familiarity with national and international government data web portals and other open data portals

- Comfortable working with large volumes of data

- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design/drawing tools is a plus

- Familiarity with energy planning is also a plus

- Working as a GIS professional on one or two Integrated Development Master Plan

Studies/projects are a plus.
